APPLICABILITY
This Policy describes the information collection and use practices of Wize Labor LLC (Wize Labor). This includes information we collect from individuals through our websites and apps. It applies to information we collect from individuals seeking employment with or through us, including job seekers using our staffing services. It also applies to Wize Labor associates and employees. • Contact information. We collect your name, phone number, street address, and email address.
• Employment information. We collect education and employment history from job seekers and applicants, including credentials and skills. We gather information about your references and availability. From associates, we may collect drug screening results and health and medical information, including any work restrictions and accommodations. We also collect Social Security numbers from associates and employees.
• Financial information. We collect bank account numbers and tax withholding information.
• Demographic information. We collect gender, date of birth, marital status, and ethnic information. We collect citizenship and veteran status. We gather location information from website visitors and app users, which may include precise location information if you request job locations or directions to our office.
• Performance information. We collect certain information about job performance.
• Automated data. We collect logs and session data when you visit our website or use our application. This includes browser and operating system information, referring and exit websites, IP address, device identifiers, and information collected through cookies and other digital technologies.

We share contact and automated data with vendors who assist in delivering marketing and other communications, including cross-context behavioral advertising.
• With our clients. We share contact, demographic, and employment information with clients seeking associates.
• To comply with the law or protect ourselves. We share information to respond to court orders, subpoenas, government agency requests, or when investigating potential fraud.

YOU HAVE CERTAIN CHOICES
We provide options on how we use your information:
• Opting out of marketing emails. To stop receiving promotional emails, follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in any promotional message. Even if you opt out, we will still send transactional messages, such as responses to your questions or information about your account.

• Limitations. In some situations, we may not be able to process your request if a legal exception applies.
Sales and Sharing of Information
Under California law, “sell” means sharing personal information with a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not sell your personal information. We share certain automated data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes but do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of minors under 16.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You can opt out of sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Configure your browser settings accordingly; visit Global Privacy Control for more information. Note that some site features may not work, and you may receive less targeted advertising.

We strive to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security. Use caution when using the Internet and safeguard your passwords.
WE STORE INFORMATION IN THE UNITED STATES
We are located in the United States, and our services are intended for U.S. residents. By submitting your information, you consent to its processing in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
THIRD-PARTY SITES AND LINKS
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control, including social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies carefully.
INFORMATION COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN
Our sites and apps are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
